Overton County’s
KEY to RECOVERY

Established as an alternative to incarceration, the Overton County Recovery Court (OCRC) is a program of comprehensive services treating the whole person. Our structured approach supports individuals as they take ownership of their lives. While the program is intensive, the OCRC has proved successful in helping participants with their substance use disorder. Through treatment and support services, most participants go on to live a life of recovery.

  • Treatment Services.

OCRC works with several partner service providers to help you achieve recovery. Once a participant is assessed, a referral is made to the provider best qualified to meet your recovery needs.

  • Support Services.

OCRC provides support services tailored to the participant’s specific needs. We help connect individuals to community resources, and also provide in-house support services such as art therapy, and personal finance.

Recovery looks different for everyone and there are several options to choose from. Check out a list of self-help and support group (e.g., AA, NA, Celebrate Recovery) meetings in our area.

Overton County Recovery Court

May 5, 2022

Today we celebrated the hard work and dedication to recovery of our 31st graduate of the Overton County Recovery Court. This graduate has gone through our entire program, in just over 12 months, without a single sanction. Bethany, we congratulate you and wish you the very best! We would also like to thank two of our County Commissioners, Donna Savage and Lee Richardson, for attending today’s graduation and for supporting our program. We are creating positive change in our community one person and family at a time!
